We are hiring a part time Spa & Sales Associate (for a part time position 3-4 shifts/week including weekend day) with Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa located at 228 Lakeshore road West, Port Credit - Mississauga, Ontario.

The Spa Associate is the first face and voice of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa for our clients. And the gate to the spa's amazing services. We need to hire a part-time.

Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone
Check in clients through booking system, and out after the services are completed
Understand and manage spa operations - Frontdesk
Tasks include answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades
Promote health and wellness benefits of massage and skin care
Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance
Maintain back spa operation work
Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance

Key Qualifications:

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced and friendly environment

· Prior computer experience

· Sales focused - the ability to meet quotas and goals

· Self-motivated, mature and reliable to manage a shift
· Friendly and approachable
