We are looking for a dynamic individual, with great interpersonal skills, for a full-time position as a Spa Sales Associate at our well established Spa in Toronto's Dan Leckie Way / Liberty Village neighbourhood. Key responsibilities include delivering high level of customer service, meeting sales goals, effectively managing front desk and overall operational responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions
- Greet clients warmly and provide them with information about spa services and treatments.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments and managing their bookings and processing of payments
- Business growth (promotion of membership sales, services, products)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area, including treatment rooms and common spaces.
- Prepare treatment rooms for services, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and ready.
- Provide support to therapists and estheticians during treatments as needed.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Promote spa products and services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new treatments to provide accurate information to clients.
- Monitoring and handling of requests/queries via media tools, email, website
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency, college/university will be an asset
- Minimum of 1-2 years customer service, sales experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within a spa or wellness setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Desire to pursue a high level of customer service
- Ability to organize and set work priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to exercise a high level of tact, diplomacy, professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
- Basic knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus but not mandatory
