About the Role: As a talented Esthetician, you'll be at the heart of our spa’s mission: helping clients leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing with happiness. You'll greet new and returning clients with a warm smile, listen to their needs, and tailor your treatments to give them exactly what they’re looking for. We also encourage you to suggest any additional services you think might enhance their experience—after all, we’re all about providing the best care possible!

What You’ll Do:
- Provide a variety of esthetics services that follow Hand & Stone’s protocol to ensure an exceptional experience for every client
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and customize their treatments
- Stay on top of industry trends and participate in ongoing training to offer the best services and advice possible
- Support our spa’s growth by suggesting add-ons or additional services when appropriate
- Work closely with your team and Spa Manager to help promote and grow our esthetics services
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, in line with health regulations
- Be comfortable with social media and able to create content that showcases our services and engages with our online community
A Few Things We’re Looking for:
- You’ve completed your Esthetic diploma, including Body Works as part of your curriculum, and you’re comfortable providing full-body relaxation massages.
- Experience: We prefer at least 2 years working as an Esthetician, but we’re also open to passionate individuals with a great attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- A love for skincare, with experience in retail or sales being a bonus!
- Laser hair removal and micro-needling experience would be a great asset, but we’re happy to help you learn if you’re eager.
- A team player who thrives in a supportive environment but also has the drive to succeed independently.
- Comfortable with social media and creating engaging content to help showcase the spa’s offerings.
- A commitment to following Health Canada guidelines to keep everyone safe.
