- Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
- Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep database up to date
- Esthetic diploma or equivalent
- Hand & Stone experience preferred
- Relaxation massage (bodyworks - completed in school)
- Knowledge of LED, microdermabrasion, OxyGeneo, Dermaplaning
- Knowledge of skincare line Dermalogica, specialist or expert
- Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
- Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
- Waxing specialist, especially Brazilian waxing
- Schedule flexibility
- Strong team player
